Chris Gabriel

Chris(tiane) Gabriel is Managing Director.

Christiane Gabriel (Chris) has been a buyer and supplier of market research for the last 30 years. Her experience has been in both the Qualitative and Quantitative disciplines, working with or for Blue Chip companies across three continents. Her passion is Qualitative Research, in which she has specialised for the past 25 years.

She gained experience as Associate Director of The Research Business in London (1989 to 1991). She was a Board Director of Research International South Africa, in charge of RI Qualitatif (1991 to 1993).

From June 1993 to December 1996, she was a director of Nielsen SRG Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Until July 1995 she was responsible for establishing Qualitative Research Units for the Group in the three major cities of Mainland China. This entailed recruiting and training Mainland researchers and establishing the necessary operational infrastructures. Additionally, she was responsible for establishing clients’ bases, building the business and servicing Blue Chip Multinationals.

From July 1995 to December 1996 she assumed the role of Regional Qualitative Training Director for Asia Pacific, responsible for on-the-job and classroom training of executives in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Korea.
