Project management of marketing research

We will take a project from inception to implementation. We work with clients from the discussion and definition of the issues being faced and the decisions to be taken, to the practical implementation of the findings of marketing research projects.

This is particularly appropriate where an organisation does not have it's own marketing research department, or where there is little experience of marketing research available within the organisation.

Multi-country co-ordination of marketing research projects

Where a client has a need to investigate markets and marketing in a number of different countries at the same time, we act as co-ordinators for the project. We will agree the parameters for the project and how these may need to be adapted to the cultures of different countries. We will liaise with different fieldwork suppliers/researchers in the different countries and be present to ensure that briefings are suitable and that the work and quality control is of an appropriate standard.

We will also ensure that the outcomes of the projects are clear, within the local context in which they took place.
